Most of their stuff is already pretty boxy/oversized so your regular size should give you that look. I got my usual size and it fits great, not tight at all.

I went a size up on a graphic hoodie once and it was HUGE on me. Stick with your normal size for sure if you want it to hang right.

Fresh Heir's stuff is solid. Good heavyweight cotton, and the prints hold up well. Hidden Characters is good too, but I feel like FH has more unique designs.

Both are legit. Fresh Heir hoodies are definitely thick, good for winter. HC is good too but sometimes feels a little thinner, depending on the piece.

Returns were actually pretty straightforward for me. Just filled out a form on their site and got a shipping label. Took maybe a week for the refund after they got it.
